Blue Tang combines two new fabulous nestled two story, two bedroom townhouses on the Romero compound. The Romero's chose this parcel of land, known to be on the best real estate in Akumal because it is right at the point of Yalku Lagoon and the inlet to the breathtaking Caribbean Sea. Rent the entire building for a large family or two groups traveling together, which will enable travelers to decide when to do things together and when to have time alone, or rent one side for a getaway for a family or friends traveling together. This townhome limits is limited to adults due to the quality of the furnishings.
Plan out a schedule or let events unfold. Blue Tang offers a variety of options with direct private access to the lagoon, and easy access to the ocean, nearby restaurants, and the many activities in and around Akumal.
Sleep in comfort in a bedroom suite with large windows overlooking the lagoon. Located on the second floor, each bedroom has its own separate air conditioning and bathroom with sink, toilet and shower and a king size bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 for each townhouse or a total of 8 for the entire building.
Rent the sister townhome on the compound (which allows children and sleeps 12) for a larger group, or, combine Casa Romero to really enhance your vacation stay. For very large families, the owner also has another premier home just to the south of the Romero compound, Casa Delfin, which can be combined to accommodate up to almost 40 people total. The ground floor for each townhouse contains a lovely living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. The spacious living rooms include comfortable furniture and patio doors looking over the spectacular lagoon. The flat screen TVs are attached to a satellite with a DVD/CD player and US content. Open WiFi Internet connection is available at no cost. The connected transition from the living room to the dining area creates an open floor plan. The generous dining areas include a table for six and again feature patio doors looking over famous Yalku Lagoon.
With the fully equipped gourmet kitchens, guests can choose to fix meals, go out to any of the nearby area restaurants (some within walking distance), or hire the caretaker to prepare some special dinners to create special memories.
Walk out a few steps from the patios directly to a private access to famous Yalku Lagoon. Put on some snorkeling gear, turn left towards the head of the lagoon and commune with parrotfish, angelfish, sergeant major fish, and many other exotic tropical fish. Turn right and swim towards the sea to spot a turtle or ray after the lagoon transitions to a sandy inlet. With essentially no waves, the lagoon is ideal for children and adults, offering magnificent snorkeling for both the novice and more experienced snorklers.
For something really special: go to the rooftop terrace to get a spectacular view of the lagoon, the ocean, and the surrounding jungle. Relax on the lounge chairs and "catch some golden rays", or sit in the covered seating area if to enjoy the view but stay out of the sun. Best of all, enjoy a dip in a heated rooftop pool overlooking the lagoon any time of the day or night.
As the moon rises, turn off the lights, turn on the pool heater, relax, and let the stars shine down upon you.

La Bahia is one of the most popular condominiums that Caribbean Fantasy represents. These beachfront condos offer a unobstructed views of beautiful Half Moon Bay, and the pristine clear aqua marine water below.
At La Bahia, the units can be rented as a 2BR or 1BR condo, or as a hotel room during certain times of the year. The master suite, furnished with a king size bed, is separated from the living area with a bi-fold wooden door, which when left open, allows the free flow of the fresh Caribbean air, and a fabulous view of the Bay. Each morning you are awakened by natures alarm clock; the melodious singing of tropical birds out the jungle side window, and the soft lapping waves along the beach. Nothing may be more rewarding than sipping a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise from the spacious decks.
Both bedrooms are served by private tiled bathrooms with open showers. The beachfront second bedroom has either twins, a double or a king bed, depending on the unit. The completely furnished full kitchen includes bottled water, pans, dishes, table accessories, a bar with stools and a dining table. Upgrades to the units are unique, as each is privately owned. Daily maid service allows you to be on your way to enjoy all the local beauty both above and below the water, while the unit is cleaned up, beds made, and dishes washed! While relaxing on the built in bodegas in the living room, you will find it difficult to concentrate on anything but the 180 degree view which greets each day. Finally the balcony allows the morning rays in relative privacy, or use the hammock for a siesta. Join friends new and old in the beachfront courtyard for a BBQ, or arrange to have a local come in and prepare a wonderful Mayan meal.
La Bahia in located in Akumal, which is in the Yucatan's Rivera Maya, on the Caribbean Coastline. It is just a short hour drive from the Cancun airport, but light years away from the crowds and fast pace of the city.
Area bays are world renown for diving and snorkeling, as written up by many publications. The barrier reef along this coast, which protects Half Moon Bay, is rated as one of the seven underwater wonders of the world. From Half Moon Bay, the water is often so clear that sealife, such as turtles, can be seen from the building without even entering the water.
Within walking distance of the condos is the famous Yalku Lagoon, which is often equated to swimming in an aquarium. Also, there are many wonderful small resturants tucked around the Bay for your convenience. The common phrase here is 'No shoes required!'
The Akumal area is both rustic and somewhat remote, with thatched roofed restaurants, lounges, dive shops, gift shops, coffee bars, and more. The arts are a focus as well, both local and international. The area offers a doctor, pharmacy, markets, library, ecological center, arts center, outdoor stage, police station, laundry, kids center and more. Come stay in paradise!

This is one of our favorite Akumal properties, and our guests! La Bahia is a beautiful condominium, perfectly located in the center of the nicest part of the sandy beach on the famous Half Moon Bay.
Each unit features a private balcony with stunning views.
Bedrooms offer both spectacular beach and jungle views, unique to most other condos on the bay. Enjoy the refreshing cross breeze from any room or enjoy the bedroom A/C. Soak up the sun from the elevated private beach courtyard and the shade of a palapa on the white sand beach. Find fabulous snorkeling in the Bay right outside your door and just up the road in the aquarium~like Yalku Lagoon!
La Bahia offers its guest the convenience of amenities within walking distance, yet a beach that is semi~secluded. Our guests rave about their stays here. These condos are privately owned and decorated, making each one unique.
La Bahia's beautiful units each include daily maid service, high speed Internet service, free bottled purified water, linens, a fully equiped kitchen with plenty of convenient appliances and much more. Wireless internet is available in all units, so please bring your laptop. The caretaker on site will give you a password to access the internet at your convenience throughout your stay. Beach towels can be checked out at the reception office.

A spectacular condo on the lagoon in Cancun.This private neighborhood is gated and gaurded, and next to the nicest and newest mall in Cancun, La Isla. (The mall is built up around the lagoon, is open but covered, with high end retailers and a movie theather, restaurants, and hosts a Dolphin Discovery; an incredible interactive aquarium where you can swim with dolphins and fee sharks!)
This stunning condo is first class, offering the finest in furnishings. All waterfront rooms have sliding glass doors that slide back into the wall to create outdoor living. A water lovers delight, it is set on the waterfront, and there is also a pool a few yards away.The beach is just a short 10 minute walk away. One bedroom has a garden view. The condo even offers a TV room with a futon. This rental has all the modern conveniences a visitor would ever need. The full kitchen is contemporary, offering all appliances. There is daily maid service, and ceiling fans in addition to the air conditioning. This is a place to be in the heart of Cancun, yet to feel private, secluded, safe and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is by far one of Caribbean Fantasy's favorite properties and our client's most popular choice of accommodation in Akumal.
Lol Ka'naab has a terrific location on Half Moon Bay, within walking distance of Yalku Lagoon, restaurants and shops. The caretakers are wonderful hosts, the units are clean, well kept and stunning. The tap water is potable and extra drinking water is provided. A small pool on the beachfront draws families to the ground floor condos.
All condos have DSL, well equipped kitchens, all bedrooms have A/C and all living rooms have satellite TV with CD/DVD. This property offers all the best there is to offer in an Akumal condo.

These new beach front condos are centrally located in popular Half Moon Bay. Relax by the private pool or in a terrace hammock while listening to the sound of the tranquil lapping waves. The open floorplans and spacious rooms make a stay at Lol Ka'naab refreshing during any season. Some condos have bedroom a/c, some units are larger and none of the regular condos have a laundry room (only the penthouse). The luxurious penthouse has an enormous private deck, a gorgeous master suite, spectacular use of granite and marble, a/c, an oven, and a laundry room! The penthouse can be rented as a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom condo. The tap water is safe to drink, as all units have filtered, softened, purified water. Since this water is salty tasting, bottled water is also provided. A beach BBQ is for the guests, as well as kayaks. A crib may be available, however, guest needs to provide the sheet. The new roomy studio casita has a partial ocean view - please call for 'studio only' prices.
