These new beach front condos are centrally located in popular Half Moon Bay. Take a short walk along the beach to several fantastic restaurants.  Relax by the private pool or in a terrace hammock while listening to the sound of the tranquil lapping waves.

The open floor plans and spacious rooms make a stay at Lol Ka'naab refreshing during any season. The views out over the beach and Half Moon Bay are breathtaking. The pool here is beachfront, and sits slightly higher than the main beach adding some privacy for guests.  All these ocean view condos have bedroom a/c,  marble floors and counters with large granite tiled bathrooms. The end units have a slightly larger 2nd bedroom (with a queen and a twin in the back bedroom, vs two twins). The largest and most lavish of all is the top floor penthouse condo. This luxurious penthouse has an enormous private deck, a gorgeous master suite, spectacular use of granite and marble, a/c, an oven, and a sunny laundry room! All these condos can be rented as a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom condominium.

The tap water is safe to drink, as all units have filtered, softened, purified water. This is unique to Lol Ka'naab in Akumal.  Since this water has a slightly salty taste, bottled water is also provided. A beach BBQ is available for the guests, as well as kayaks. A crib may be available, however, guest needs to provide the sheet.

There is a roomy studio casita with a partial ocean view for guests on a tight budget. 

This is by far one of Caribbean Fantasy's favorite properties and our client's most popular choice of accommodation in Akumal. Lol Ka'naab has a terrific location on Half Moon Bay, within walking distance of Yalku Lagoon, restaurants and shops. The caretakers are wonderful hosts, the units are clean, well kept and stunning. The tap water is potable and extra drinking water is provided. A small pool on the beachfront draws families to the ground floor condos. 

Lol Ka'naab has everything you are looking for: it is on the white sandy beach, there is a pool to cool off in, the marble filled condo's all have amazing views, DSL, a/c and satellite TV, and the location is central to all the best things Akumal has to offer. Unit #3 has added a new Pack N Play for the little ones, you may need to provide your own sheet, please check with us.

Unit #4 has a King bed in the Master and has added glass block in the shower.

Unit #8 has premium American channels added to their cable packages.

Unit #7 and Unit #9 can either have 3 twins or a queen and a twin in the 2nd BR. 

PH1 has a washer and dryer for the guests to use.

we stayed at lol ka'naab and we loved it had such a fun week loved waking up and being able to look out at the ocean. it was also very nice to have the pool so if you wanted to take a dip you could,also having the lawn chairs was an added bonus i loved akumal and cant wait to be returning and will more then likely be staying there again !

My husband and I had a great time for our 17th Anniversary in March/April of 2012. Our rental was exactly as described and Jill, Lisa and Toni were so helpful and responsive to any requests we had. The penthouse is very private and has spectacular views. After one little hicup with the wifi password (missing a digit on the note on front of the TV), we were able to get connected. We rented bicycles for a week from Vista Del Mar next door - the staff there and at Lol Ka'naab are really wonderful. Most speak just a few words of English - so I was glad to know a bit of Spanish - especially when I couldn't find the wifi password, and one night the AC in a bedroom stopped working. They got it fixed the next day. We enjoyed just riding our bikes and exploring the area, we packed our snorkel gear and went to Yal Ku and Akumal Bay a few times each. It was fairly busy with Semana Santa before Easter. We enjoyed walking to both La Buena Vida and La Lunita via the beach for dinner. We hopped a Collective to Playa Del Carmen for one day and decided we were much happier just staying in Akumal the rest of the time. My husband brought a collapsable fishing pole and spent much of his time fishing in Half Moon Bay (making sure not to interfere with swimmers or snorklers) - some other anglers were soon out there with him! He caught and released a few bonefish and kept one large bar jack - very good eating! The condo was well stocked with the necessary pans/plates etc. The beds were fairly comfortable. The balcony was huge and very private - we practically spent all of our time out there when in the unit. I had reserved a massage with the same lady at Vista Del Mar that we rented bicycles from and Pablo came to our room and I had my massage on the privacy of our balcony listening to the waves. One note of caution for some folks - there is no elevator - and this is the 4th floor. 60 steps from street to your front door can be a lot for some folks. I was glad to see a male masseaus was the one carrying that massage table up there! We looked at other condos along the bay and believed we made the best choice with Lol Ka'Naab and I suggest you do too! We will likely be back next year!

We returned on April 3 from an incredible time in Akumal. We stayed in the penthouse at Lol Ka'naab, which was perfect for our family of four. The views of both the ocean (from the balcony) and the jungle (from the front of the unit) were gorgeous. The unit was clean, very nicely furnished and extremely well located (beachfront in the middle of Half Moon Bay). This was our second time to Akumal and we'd love to return again. We've been to beaches in Mazatlan, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Costa Rica, the Gulf Coast of Florida, Hawaii, Bali and Thailand. Akumal ranks up at the top next to Bali. In addition to great weather, AMAZING snorkeling in the lagoon, white sand and warm Caribbean water, what we really like is the variety of activities in the area in addition to the beach. We've been to Tulum, Dos Ojos (which I would highly recommend---it's an incredible place!), Hidden Worlds (also tons of fun), Explore (a little bit commercialized but nevertheless, spending a day walking through these amazing caves was really cool) and several of the area beaches. Akumal is a great town. It's developed enough that it has several good restaurants and we felt 100% safe at all times, yet it has maintained a charm that you cannot find at most places along the Mayan Riviera. Most people park themselves at an all inclusive resort and don't realize how much more there is to this area of the world. Lastly, booking through Caribbean Fantasy was a complete joy. Their service was flawless. Even after we returned home and realized we'd left behind my daughter's jacket, they spent a great deal of time helping us arrange to get it back to the US without spending a ton of $$$. I can't really say enough good things about Akumal and about Caribbean Fantasy.
