The sandy beach of Aventuras Akumal is home to the DeRosa's Properties. Some of the many DeRosa's amenities include a small pool, a rooftop bar, and a dive shop on their premises. The on-site American owners will take care of your every need, and create an extraordinary experience. This home in Aventuras Akumal is the ground floor unit of a townhouse. The villa faces the beach and features a full kitchen next to the living/dining area. The bedrooms both have air conditioning.

Aquatech/Villa DeRosa is a great headquarters for divers.  They are located at Adventuras Akumal, 60 miles (96 kilometers) south of Cancun International Airport.  This tiny resort is nestled in a beautiful bay three kilometers south of Akumal Beach or 28 kilometers north of Tulum.  The panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea allows great access to the reef diving and is ideally situated for diving the numerous freshwater cenotes such as Cenotes Dos Ojos West, Dos Ojos East, Gran Cenote, PonDeRosa, Chickenha, Taj Mahal, Temple of Doom, Carwash, Kukulcan, and  Chac Mool. 

Each bedroom will have 1 King or 2 Twins, your choice.
