 Villa Nicte-Ha (Mayan for "Water Lily") is a bright and warm home. Designed by the famous international architect I.M Pei and featured in Architectural Digest, this home is truly special. It's convenient location on the Caribbean Sea,  between Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay, is perfect for guests.

Nicte-Ha is furnished with Mexican antiques and original paintings and features hand painted Mexican Talavera Tiles in the kitchen and baths. This water front villa is filled with sun and the breeze off the sea. The sunken living area and high ceilings create a spacious and airy feeling.

A gorgeous new pool overlooking the Caribbean completes Nicte-Ha. Wireless Internet Service, TV, VCR, CD Player, Stereo System and games are all available for guest usage.

Watch the sunrise over the Caribbean over a cup of coffee. Take an afternoon siesta swinging in a hammock or kick back on the roof top observatory for a margarita and unbelievable sunset.

Villa Nicte-Ha features a large master bedroom with king-size bed, new pillow-top mattress and private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with queen bad and also has private bath. Two children's rooms furnished with bunk beds are located adjacent to the upstairs bedrooms. A guest bedroom is also located downstairs and has two single beds. Each bedroom features a delightful private balcony.
