This beautiful traditional air conditioned beach villa in Aventuras Akumal features a stunning 2 story palapa roof over the living area. The living room walls are floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall tinted glass doors, which all look out to the beach. The dramatic architecture provides individual private balconies off each upstairs bedroom. The beach side of the house has a delightful and private wrapped patio that will offer many relaxing hours to its guests, as well as large beach palapa closer to the water.

Rich wood, terra cotta tiles, brightly painted walls and palapa touches create the Mexican flavor that so many favor. The air conditioned master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a shuttered window wall that can open up to the main living area, as well as sliding glass doors to it's own private patio, which connects to the main patio.

The views from every room of the house are breathtaking! The smooth dark weathered stairs welcome the guests up to the two identical upstairs air conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms (one with a rare tiled tub) and terrific balconies overlooking the azure sea. These spacious bright ocean front bedrooms have matrimonial beds (between a double and queen size mattress).

New updates to the galley kitchen and dining room make it more functional. The house has been refinished in many areas. The guest will have the true feeling of a Mexican hacienda when staying at this charming villa. Turn on the stereo or TV to some local salsa, watch the waves roll in, and you'll know you are on vacation!

Share your photos with friends and family back home via WiFi. A lovely seaside patio is surrounded by sea grape trees, palms and sand. Enjoy meals under the moonlight, or a nap in the sun on one of the many beach loungers. The house sits far enough back from the water it has it's own private beach area. There is a palapa covered carport. Between the villa and the casita are delightful gardens which host a bevy of tropical songbirds.

The air conditioned casita, which sits behind the villa, can house two additional two people over the Villa's 6 guests. The villa and casita can be rented together at a discount. For more information on renting the casita separately, please see "Caribe Casita" under our Property Directory.

Pricing

 Holiday reservations must be booked for a minimum of 7 nights. Each holiday (New Years and Christmas Day) must include 7 nights rented, (Saturday to Saturday).

This villa rents by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Please contact one of our friendly Caribbean Fantasy sales staff for special requests.

Sale Rates are for 7 night reservations.

The base number of guests is 6 in the villa. The owners will consider up to one more adult or 2 more small children in the villa depending on each group; permission from the owners is necessary, as is a rental agreement and damage deposit. The casita will sleep 2 additional guests.

We had a FABULOUS stay at Villa Caribe! We were so sad to leave! What an amazing house and location. Also, the housekeeper, Paulina, is amazing! What a blessing she is for that home. We bought a set of sand castle making toys, which we left at the house for future renters, if you want to add that to the notes for the house. Also, we were impressed with the dive shop that's just two doors south of the house (Aquatech). They took us on an all-day cave exploration, including lunch and snorkeling w/ turtles adventure for only $50/person. It was amazing. The little hotel on the same property as the dive shop (Villas DeRosa) had pretty good food, which we ordered to go and took back to our condo. Very convenient for the night we wanted to eat out but didn't want to drive anywhere. Also, their beach bar had the best margaritas on our trip, and had a daily happy hour from 4-5. We will definitely recommend Caribbean Fantasy to our friends who are headed to that area of Mexico in the future. We really hope to go back some day. Thanks for all your help!
