 Villa Del Mar C105, also known as Casa Kokai, is a beachfront, ground level, luxury, two bedroom condo that has the most perfect location in Puerto Aventuras. Located directly adjacent to the Omni Beach Club, and very close to the Dolphin Discovery, the boat marina, and many shops and restaurants, Villa Del Mar is one of the most prestigious condo complexes in Puerto Aventuras. Casa Kokai is located on the best beach in Puerto Aventuras! No need for a car or golf cart here - just a quick 3 minute walk and you're at all of the major attractions!   Simply stated, Casa Kokai has the very best location of any two bedroom condo in Puerto Aventuras!

Casa Kokai is a large 1600 square foot luxury condo, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is quite large and it has some beautiful views with windows on three sides. It has a king sized bed and an adjacent studio/office space with north facing windows looking toward the pool.

It also has a beach-facing sliding glass door that will allow you direct access from the master bedroom onto the terrace and then the beach. The all marble master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and also candles and dimmer lights to provide a romantic atmosphere for some sensual soaking.

The second bedroom has two full sized beds and a private terrace accessible via a sliding glass door. We also have available two surprisingly comfortable inflatable beds.

When you are staying in Casa Kokai you are always just a few steps from the beach and you can actually hear the surf at night. The unit is also perfectly oriented to the winter sun so that when the sun rises over the Caribbean it shines directly onto the terrace and then through the sliding glass doors into the master bedroom. What a great way to greet the new day! (Of course we also have room darkening curtains in case you had a few too many margaritas the night before.)

Like most condos in VDM, we have a four person tiled jacuzzi hot tub on the private terrace.  The Villa Del Mar condos (also called Villas Del Mar I) are located in the middle of the largest and finest powder white sand beach in Puerto Aventuras and, frankly, one of the most perfect beaches in the entire world. Corona beer commercials have been filmed on our beach. It is perfectly safe for kids and absolutely incredible for swimming and snorkeling. It is also good for fly and bone fishing and kite flying.

Villa Del Mar B205 is a spacious, sunny, 2 bedroom luxury condo, located in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras. This condo in tastefully decorated in local Maya culture along with the bright atmosphere of a caribbean theme. Located in the new development of Villas del Mar you will find beautiful gardens, two huge swimming pools and a white powder sand beach.

This newer condo offers approx. 1600 square feet of spacious living with all amenities to suit your vacation needs. For your comfort you will find a large TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo system in living room area located within a built-in hutch. The kitchen offers full cooking facilities complete with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc., along with toaster, coffee maker, bottled drinking water, toaster oven, cook-top range and full sized refrigerator. An electronic safe is located within the condo for guests to use to store valuables during your stay.

Please enjoy relaxing on the private veranda with a fabulous view overlooking the courtyard of gardens, pool and palm trees. You will find a table with chairs to relax, dine, entertain and enjoy the natural beauty of the outdoors. The private jacuzzi on this veranda is perfect for unwinding after a day of snorkeling, diving or any of your caribbean adventures.

The master bedroom offers a fantastic view over the pool to the sand and sea. You will find a king size bed and private full bath located in the master suite. You may also walk-out to the veranda directly from the master bedroom. The second bedroom is fully furnished with 2 double beds and a private full bath. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV's and neatly decorated to compliment the marble structure of the condo. The third (1/2) bath is complete with washer/dryer for your convenience. An iron and ironing board and a hair dryer are provided for your use as needed.

This condo is managed by a reputable, on-sight management company that provides daily maid service, bottled drinking water, maintenance(if necessary), and staff available to assist you during your stay.

Villa Del Mar E106 is a unique 2 bedroom condo on the ground floor! There is a spacious living area that opens onto a beautiful terrace with Jacuzzi. Enjoy grilling the catch of the day or just savor a chilled glass of wine in your terrace. The formal dining room has room for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and it comes with a marble wet bar. The place is decorated in sand tones that blend with the gorgeous beach of Villas del Mar. The master bedroom has a very cozy king size bed, reading area and bathroom en suite. The guests bedroom has 2 queen size beds and bath with shower. There is a half bath off the living and a laundry room. ADULTS ONLY.
