Casa Palmeras in Soliman Bay has three air conditioned bedrooms and an air conditioned living room making this beach villa refreshing and cool any time of year. Soliman Bay is a private gated community, with snorkeling and kayaking steps away from your door. 

Casa Palmeras is two storied, with the lower  floor plan open, and by its glass wall on the beach side. This  patio is fully furnished, shady, with an outdoor grilling area for cookouts. The house's main living area has a L shaped couch, large coffee table surrounded by several chairs. Across from the living room is a dining area that seats six. Just behind it is a raised breakfast counter that separates the dining room from the fully equipped kitchen. 
Two bedrooms are on the second level, one with a king size bed and the other with two queens. Both have a private bathroom and access to a furnished upper level terrace that looks toward the beach. A double sleeper/couch on the second floor folds out and can sleep two kids, or an adult if necessary.
The master bedroom is on the top floor, and very private, with a great panoramic view. This suite has has a king size bed, sitting area, ocean view and a jungle side private terrace for the sunset. This is a nice private bedroom, rather romantic with a palapa roof overhead, AC and private bathroom.
There is plenty of space to spread out since casa Palmeras is set back from the beach allowing plenty of space for grilling outdoors and relaxing at the edge of the beach. Out by the beach guests will find sling-back chairs, chaise lounges, a thatched shade umbrella, three sea kayaks;all for your enjoyment!

There is a road side guest apartment with a queen bed,  for two more guests, with its own bath which can be rented to make this a four bedroom villa for 10.
