The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and granite counter tops. It is here the chef will create many meals for you to enjoy in the formal dining room.

Also on the first floor, you will find a bedroom with direct access to the pool area. On the second floor, there are 4 master suites with a long Romeo and Juliet balcony connecting all the bedrooms. All 4 of the master suites overlook the pool and greenery of the golf course. There are 4 king beds and 2 double beds with ensuite bathrooms.

The poolside terrace is an excellent place to relax with the family while the kids frolic under the tropical waterfall that cascades into the pool. Relax in the rooftop Jacuzzi after each round of golf. The Puerto Aventuras Golf Course that passes behind the pool area and the marina are only a 3 minute walk away. The beach is a nice 5 minute walk from the front door. From the roof deck, you have a 360 degree view of the golf course, the surrounding jungle and a partial view of the ocean.

Included in the rental of this fabulous villa is a guest membership card to the Omni Hotel which allows access to use the Omni beachside lounge chairs, pool, gym and towel service.
