This is a beautiful property in Akumal. On the ground level Casa Rosa features a designer kitchen with dramatic granite counter tops, custom made cabinetry and a complete line of the highest grade appliances. The rectangular dining room table seats 12 people around a custom made Chechen wood table.

The powder room has a unique onyx free standing lighted sink and imported Italian Bisazza tiled walls.

The living room area has built in sofas and custom made imported fashionable cushions.

Also on the ground floor, there is a master kingsize bedroom with large flatscreen T.V. and its own bathtub/shower.

Behind the kitchen is a large pantry and there is also a stacked washer/dryer on the main floor for personal clothing items.

Outside the living area there is a covered deck for additional dining for eight and a terrazzo terrace surrounding a large pool facing Half Moon Bay and the sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond. A large cushioned Gazebo/Palapa lounge invites you to eat, siesta in a hammock and make a lifetime of memories.

On the second floor you will find the Master bedroom that includes a sitting area under a boveda bricked ceiling and a bathroom that is a piece of art with Brazilian blue granite counters and custom mosaic wall next to a free standing Kohler bathtub and a separate tiled shower that face the Caribbean sea. All the furniture and floor to ceiling cabinetry are custom made.

In addition to the master suite, there are two further bedrooms on this floor, each with their own bathroom. One has a king size built-in bed and the other bedroom has two queen size built-in beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted flat screen HD Televisions.

Each floor of the home has a separate wireless Bose sound system, as does the front and back yards.

On the third floor, there is an oversized family room with a granite countered wet bar, giant flat screen TV, poker table, full bathroom, futon with a trundle bed and built-in sofas that invite you to socialize and rest while enjoying the surround sound BOSE music system.

Holiday reservations require a 7 night minimum. High Season min 7 nights stay, Mid and Low seasons min 5 nights stay, unless otherwise agreed.
