Special Note: All of the properties Caribbean Fantasy represents are on or near the water. Condominiums are usually beachfront. Villas are usually oceanfront or beachfront. "Beachfront" typically means a sandy beach, where the water is for either swimming or snorkeling. "Oceanfront" properties will usually be at the water, but with little or no sand, so hence they are not considered beachfront. Almost every property Caribbean Fantasy represents has an ocean view.
