Initially we were concerned about Yal Ku Cai's exposure out at the point of Half Mon Bay, but it turned out to be an advantage. Also there was more privacy, having a short off-road to get to the units. With the Easter season, Akumal was at capacity, but we still enjoyed the pristine peace and quiet of Half Moon Bay. Caribbean Fantasy's efficient staff (as usual!) and Yal Ku Cai get a perfect 10 from us!

We had a wonderful time this past March and highly recommend Playa Blanca (we stayed in #4) & Caribbean Fantasy. We have stayed in several condos on Half Moon Bay, and Playa Blanca is one of our favorites. We'll send our friends to you, and see you soon to book our next trip to Akumal!

While we love booking through you each year, and every unit we have ever stayed in at Yal Ku Cai, after our many years of visiting Akumal (38!) we spent some time at Hotel Club Akumal Caribe. The hotel is super - beautiful, comfortable, a perfect Akumal Bay beach location, and not overwhelmed by people...see you later this year!

I have stayed at this property 2 times. The owners had just purchased the property on my 1st visit and you could tell they had alot of good additions going on. My trip was relaxing and I wanted for nothing. My 2nd visit to Konomi was October 2007 with a few co-workers who had never been to Konomi before. I could not believe my eyes at all the things that had been added to the home. There is simply NOTHING lacking. The home is spotlessly clean and maintained. The staff (Elmy & Lucio) are without a doubt supreme in their field. They are courteous, warm and accomodating. I spent the early part of each day on the beautiful beach and the afternoons in the equally beautiful natural pool right there in the tropical yard. The BBQ is pool side, which made for easy food preparation. Akumal itself is quaint, beautiful and the people friendly and helpful. I plan my next trip to Konomi in Oct.2008 and I can't wait. I will never stay anywhere else.

Happy New Year to you all. Just wanted to touch base and tell you that we had a wonderful week with our kids and grandkids staying at La Bahia and Playa Blanca.The weather was great and lots of things were done.Took the Robinson Crusoe boat trip,went diving and did lots of snorkling. Now we are at Yalku Cai #4 and are loving it.The weather really turned cold this week so we've done some shopping and tonight will go to dinner at Lol Ha as it is jazz night. Thanks again for your help.
