Incredible place with a view of Akumal bay! Everything you need is within walking distance. Cafe, restaurants, and famous Akumal Beach all at your fingertips. I recommend you rent a car to get out and see more of the area...Tulum is only a 20 minute car ride and has exceptional food and shops. The Condo was perfect for 3 of us and had everything we needed. We checked in late and was no problem getting room key, as well as easy check out. It was great to have someone come daily to clean up the place too. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

7 lifelong friends gathered at Casa Ensueno to celebrate their 50th Birthdays. The house was perfect for our needs and the location is amazing. The caretakers, Armando and Mariella, were extremely helpful and attentive. We hope we can make it back for our 60th!!!!

Great spot in a peaceful setting. View terrific, grounds immaculate, had the A/C on in the bedroom when we arrived, nice touch, rest of interior large and nicely done. Bugs, but you are in the jungle. Just enough shops and restaurants to keep you taken care of without feeling like a city. Turtles may be getting fewer, but the beaches comfortable and water warm and clear.

Beautiful view and awesome staff that maintains the villa. It is very no frills, and you will need to pack bug spray because of the open air concept. This place is located within a short walk of three restaurants and a beautiful cenote. The snorkeling in the bay is great! We saw manta rays, sting rays, and a huge variety of fish. Be sure to bring water shoes and lots of sunscreen...the Yucatan sun is intense! I'm only giving it four instead of five stars because the showers had no hot water when we were there. I believe they were working on the problem when we were there.

This was such a nice place to stay and it had everything that we needed. There was a storm one night and we lost power for about an hour. There were flash lights and candles. There were showers for a couple of days while we were there, there were ponchos and an umbrella. One of our granddaughters cut her foot on a shell, there was a first aid kit. The elastic band broke on a head band and there was a sewing kit. There were pool and sand toys outside for the kids. Very rustic traditional mexican decor with all the tile which we love. Books and games for the kids. We had a wonderful stay here. Can't forget the best thing of all, the view was just as described. Simply beautiful. Thank you.
