La Bahia 4

My wife and I stayed here in early May of 2016 and are we glad we did. We have stayed at many All-Inclusive places all over Mexico...something we will never do again. La Bahia # 4 is our new destination from now on. Our stay offered a complete "get away" without the stress of following any pace but our own! Spectacular views from this unit that has everything you could possibly need. We would have coffee every morning overlooking the Caribbean that is virtually steps from the door. The ocean breezes, snorkeling everyday in the most beautiful water you will ever see. Easy access to great restaurants to frequent when we liked...Fully equipment kitchen made it easy for us to make our own meals and our own happy hours! Everything was a no hassle event. We will be going back very soon. By the yourself a favor and rent the golf cart. It's great for getting around town and worth the small cost. We love this place and we love Akumal.

Exactly what we expected, beautiful For a stay in Apr 2016 My husband, I and our two teenagers stayed for 5 days. The place was really comfortable and the view from the living area it's beautiful. The living room couches are extremely narrow but this was the only minus, so not a big deal. Great place to relax and swim.

Paradise! For a stay in Mar 2016 Great location - walkout from condo to beach - have stayed at both #7 and #8 (top floor) which means walking 4 flights of stairs but so worth the view! Staff here are excellent - always accommodating and helpful. The sargasso on the beach in March of this year was not great - but when the wind shifted it was not as bad. Look forward to returning one day...

Casa de Ensueno

Casa de Ensueno Tankah Tres Beach Mexico Awesome! All the positive reviews you read about Casa de Ensueno are true! I honestly have to say I had a bit of trepidation renting a house in Mexico sight unseen, especially having never been there before. However, it ended up being a tremendous vacation. The location, the pool, the service, it was all top notch. As people have said, don't expect the spit-shine finish of a resort, but after driving around Cancun for a couple hours we realized that was definitely not what we wanted. The caretakers took care of every need, cleaning every day and obviously taking pride in their work. They cooked an amazing home cooked meal for us as well, which I highly recommend as others have. The location of the house couldn't have been better. A 2 minute walk to the cenote and two restaurants, 10 minutes from the Tulum ruins, 20 minutes from Akumal (don't miss the turtles), and a couple hours from Chichen Itza. The road to the house was gated (roped off) 24-7 to prevent any issues. The bay was amazing to hang out in as well. Definitely head up along the shore toward the break and go snorkeling and you'll see amazing corals and fish - the kids loved it. The bay is very protected and great to kayak in as well (kayak provided). All in all Casa de Ensueno delivered more than as promised and resulted in a fabulous vacation for us, our two kids and the grandparents. We'll be back! Date of arrival March 26, 2016
