Beautiful space. Incredible view of the ocean. Walking distance to YalKu, La Buena Vida and other restaurants. If you plan to travel outside of Akumal, I suggest renting a car. There is free parking at the condo. There are always security guards on the street at night. We felt very safe and welcome. Thanks for having us! Your condo is beautiful!

Nahil 6, Luxury Condo

Nahil 6 accommodations along with the property managers exceeded our already high expectations. I find it difficult to review such a gem because I want to keep it private all to ourselves for our future visits! Location was perfect. Quiet when needed then a short distance to enjoy the busier Akumal. The rooms and grounds were cleaned seamlessly. Don't miss out at having one of the caretakers prepare you a local meal one night. Our chicken dinner was to die for! I would suggest assigned parking spots for each unit however we had no problems but one night. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! John Evans

A dream vacation spot not to miss. The property had an amazing view of a gorgeous bay for endless snorkeling, lovely pool, private beach. The condo was modern, clean and had everything you needed, even daily maid service. Staff was attentive, available and very helpful. Great tips of places to visit, dine and shop. Gladly give them a 5 star!

Pluses: Perfect location, outstanding sea-view and privacy. Amazing quiet and isolated beach. Very nice room construction with through windows, you do not need air condition as soon as you have ocean breeze all the time through your room. Very clean - we had a daily service. Minuses: Noisy refrigerator and narrow bed for two persons. There are only two tasty restaurants for the whole beach, there is a crowd all the time there - book a table in advance! -Great advice for others to make restaurant reservations during the busy holiday weeks, fortunately though that is the only time of the year it is necessary. 5+ min walking to the north there are 2 more restaurants, and 15 min walk to the south there are lots of additional restaurants as well as shopping, galleries, a spa, boating, ice cream, taxis, markets and more. We'll check the fridge, thanks for the letting us know.

Casa Zama (6BR Full Villa)

5 Stars 5 Stars 5 Stars 5 Stars 5 Stars

Wonderful vacation villa for large family Casa Zama provided our family of 11 a wonderful venue to be active and relax. Right on the water, fantastic view of Half Moon Bay, and within walking distance of all the needed amenities and activities. The staff was helpful and friendly, and kept the villa clean and useable, both inside and out. Location was quiet and laid back, not like the chaos in Akumal. Good snorkeling right out front and on Akumal Beach. Not much sandy beach on HMB, so water shoes needed on the rocks. Rocky shoreline provided great opportunities for exploring cracks and crevices for sea creatures---just turn over the small rocks to find amazing things. Only negative was that the pool was too cool to enjoy. Bicycles suggested for transportation, as Akumal is vehicle "unfriendly" in regard to traffic and parking. Even golf carts have problems navigating those 2 things. Wifi and TVs worked great. 6 bedrooms and baths were super comfortable; 2 kitchens and living areas provided plenty of room to stretch out. We enjoyed La Buena Vida, La Taverna, Turtle Bay Bakery and Cafı, Lucy's Ice Cream, Imeldas Ecocina, and the many shops within walking distance. Yal Ku Lagoon is only a short walk away, but not worth it for experienced snorkelers---good for kids and beginners. Overall I would recommend Casa Zama for larger groups. Last year we were at an AI near PDC, and we decided that both the villa and the resort have pros and cons. Much depends on the personalities and favorite activities of the group. We also hired Chef Daveed to prepare our group a real Mexican meal in our kitchen. It was fun and delicious and provided left-overs for days. One day we booked an all day tour with Absolute Adventure Mexico for a jungle ATV ride, ziplining, and swimming in an open cenote. Highly recommended; the kids had a blast. It was a fantastic week on the Riviera Maya, especially since the weather back home was icy, cold, and snowy.
